People Magazine has confirmed that the Nashville Season 3 star welcomed her first child with fiancé Wladimir Klitschko on Tuesday, December 9.

The child is named Kaya Klitschko; she weighed in at 7 lbs., 14 oz., and measured 20 inches.

"We are over the moon and madly in love!" Panettiere and Klitschko tell People.

Panettiere remained mostly quiet throughout her pregnancy, though she did tell Hello Magazine early in her term that she was glad she was having a girl.

"I'm thrilled that I am having a girl first because I feel like I know a lot about raising a strong woman," she said at the time. "I feel very empowered myself and I think my daughter will, too."

TMZ has obtained a letter written to the reality stars in which Vivid Entertainment CEO Steve Hirsch offers them $1 million to do the deed on tape.

Hirsch believes Shannon would be a hit in the company's Big Beautiful Women section.

"We would make the experience an enjoyable one for both of you and give you as much creative input as you would like," Hirsch writes to the couple

Vivid, of course, is the company behind the Kim Kardashian sex tape, as well as amateur porns starring Tila Tequila, Kendra Wilkinson and many others.

Mama June and Sugar Bear have been on a scandalous roller coaster ride for months.

Shannon reportedly broke up with Honey Boo Boo's father in order to date Mark McDaniel this fall, a convicted child molester whose victim was Anna Shannon, one of June's daughters.

TLC actually canceled Here Comes Honey Boo Boo as a result of this relationship and the subsequent public relations nightmare that followed.

Sugar Bear moved back in with Shannon a few weeks after this news broke, however, because Child Protective Services threatened to take away her kids.

The lovebirds allegedly rekindled their romance at that time, but Shannon recently said Sugar Bear has been cheating on her.

But we're sure it's nothing a sex tape wouldn't solve, right?

It's hard to believe, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married almost seven months ago.

Despite the many, many rumors of a Kimye divorce, the ego-powered couple is still an item...although that may have something to do with the fact that if it weren't for tabloid covers, they'd hardly ever see each other.

We already knew that Kim and Kanye spent Thanksgiving apart, but now a source tells Radar Online that the distance between the newlyweds is greater than anyone realized:

"They've hit a very rough patch in their marriage," says the insider. "After spending nearly a month apart, which included spending Thanksgiving apart, Kim and Kanye only spent a few days together in New York City before they went their separate ways again."

"Kanye has complained to friends that the only thing Kim is interested in is shopping and taking selfies. There isn't a lot of depth to Kim, while Kanye considers himself intellectual."

Wait a minute...Kanye is just now realizing that there's not a lot of depth to Kim? Does he not have cable?!

We kid. There's more to Kim than shopping and taking selfies. She also has a gigantic booty! Which is exactly why she won't have trouble finding a new dude once she and Yeezy inevitably go their separate ways.

The problem is, she's pretty much exhausted the worlds of hip hop and professional sports. Maybe next she can find herself a nice astronaut, or something.

Due to his role in the Kim Kardashian sex tape, Ray J has been a walking punchline for years.

But there's nothing funny about the following story.

Sources confirm to TMZ that Ray J broke things off with long-time girlfriend Princess Love last night.

She didn't take the split well, however, texting the occasional artist constantly after he left for work today.

When Princess didn't hear back from Ray J, she reportedly threatened to kill herself, a threat Ray J took seriously for two reasons:

  1. The couple do keep a gun in their home.
  2. Ray J was good friends with Earl Hayes, the rapper who murdered his wife, Stephanie Moseley, on Monday and then immediately took his own life as well.

In response to Princess' threat, Ray J called 911 and relayed the suicide message.

Police officers subsequently went to check on Princess Love, though she wasn't home.

However, they spoke with Ray J soon afterward and he told authorities that he had talked to his ex-girlfriend and she assured him that suicide was simply an idol threat.

As anyone who takes time to watch Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood online knows all too well, Princess Love and Ray J have long had a contentious relationship.

They broke up in early October, fighting at the time over Princess' attempt to walk out on the relationship with the couple's Maltese puppy, Boogotti.

Ray J had to have his security guards step in and block this misguided effort.

Then, on last night's Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood reunion special (Part 2!), Ray J and Princess got into it once again over a number of factors, most notably his relationship with personal assistant Morgan.

At one point, Ray J actually asked Princess Love to knock Morgan out. And she did! 

So it's clear that Princess Love isn't adverse to violence. Let's just hope she never uses it on herself.

Drake vs. Puff Daddy Feud Has Been Going on For MONTHS! Watch <b>...</b>

Over the weekend, Drake was hospitalized after fighting Puff Daddy outside of a Miami nightclub. 

Social media was flooded with rumors about what caused the spat, and a story about Diddy punching Drake over a song quickly emerged as the most believable. 

Now TMZ has obtained video that seems to definitively prove that Puff and Drake were feuding over a beat that they had both hoped to turn into a hit single:

That's Diddy on stage in Miami back in June. He introduces Drake's "0-100" by saying, "I wanna play this next beat. I gave this sh-t to this n-gga, this n-gga stole this sh-t from me, but at the end of the day, this sh-t is still hard."

Puff is clearly referring to Drake's alleged theft of a Boy-1da beat that he turned into "0-100."

There are a number of confusing things about this clip, not the least of which is the fact that Puff plays a track by his rival during his concert, and proceeds to dance to the song as though it were his own. 

Then, of course, there's the fact that Diddy says he "gave" the track to Drake and that Drake then proceeded to steal it from him.

Perhaps someone should explain concept of giving to Mr. Daddy.

Yesterday, we learned that VH1 Hit the Floor reality star Stephanie Moseley was murdered by her husband Earl Hayes, who then took his own life.

Hayes was close friends with boxer Floyd Mayweather, and it was later revealed that Mayweather witnessed the murder-suicide via a FaceTime call.

Mayweather reportedly attempted to talk Hayes out of his tragic decision, to no avail.

Now, sources are shedding light on the reason that Mayweather was on the phone at the time of the incident, believing he played a role in Hayes' decision to kill Moseley.

We're not insinuating that Floyd wanted that outcome - the opposite, in fact - but he may have played a role in getting an unstable Hayes extremely riled up.

TMZ reports that Mayweather tried to convince Hayes to dump Moseley, arguing that Moseley's affairs were common knowledge and were damaging to Hayes' career and reputation.

The celebrity news site's source says the boxer recently "challenged" Earl Hayes, deriding him as "weak" for not breaking up with Stephanie Moseley already.

Hayes reportedly called Mayweather just moments before he allegedly fired 10-12 shots into Moseley, who was taking a bath at the time of the attack.

Hayes then promptly turned the gun on himself.

The couple was married, but separated back in 2010, amidst rumors that Moseley had an affair with Trey Songz. Hayes and Moseley then reconciled recently.

Friends say he was never able to get over Moseley's infidelity, however, and given the tragic events of this week, we may never truly know what went so wrong.

Chris Brown announced that he and Karrueche Tran are over, putting his ex-girlfriend on blast in concert and proceeding to pose with three Kardashians.

Yes, it was a particularly busy night in the life of Chris.

Friday night during Power 106's annual Cali Christmas show in L.A, the R&B star asked the crowd if there were any single women in the house.

The applicable members of Team Breezy cheered.

After a brief pause, Chris noted, "I'm single too!"

Apparently, he broke up with Karrueche Tran again, and it doesn't sound like they parted on good terms. Of his now-ex, the star said "F--k that b-tch!"

Chris never was good at break-ups with girls.

He wasn't done making headlines on this night. On Instagram, he later posed with not one, not two, but three Kardashian family members hanging onto him ...

Khloe Kardashian joined the Kylie and Kendall Jenner lovefest, making for a truly strange scene, and one no doubt meant as a giant eff-you to Kae.

Wonder what Kylie's boyfriend (assuming she's really cradle robbed by Tyga, Chris' boy) thinks about this. We're guessing he's cool with it ... maybe.

On the plus side, he and Chris are tight, so better that than Kylie crawling all over some random dude, and Kendall looks more interested anyway.

On the flip side ... well, it's still Chris Brown.

His on-stage, humiliating, crude kiss-off directed at Karrueche Tran was about as nicely as he's ever parted ways with a woman, which says a lot.

The model has yet to passive-aggressively reply on social media, but we assume it's just a matter of time. Then they'll get back together after that.

Stephanie Moseley is tragically dead at the young age of 30.

The dancer and actress was killed by her husband, rapper Earl Hayes, yesterday morning in Los Angeles, immediately before Hayes shot himself in a murder-suicide.

The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed the horrible incident via an official statement, with anonymous sources telling TMZ that Hayes was irate over his belief that Moseley was cheating on him.

He allegedly fired multiple gunshots into Moseley while she was in the bathtub. Neighbors heard these shots and dialed 911.

Now, with law enforcement officials reportedly hoping to talk with Floyd Mayweather - because the boxer was actually on FaceTime with Hayes shortly before the rapper took both Moseley's life and his own - various stars who worked with Moseley have publicly expressed their shock and sadness over her passing.

Yesterday, we learned that Drake was hospitalized after fighting Puff Daddy outside of a club in Miami.

After the news broke, social media was instantly abuzz with rumors about the cause of the scuffle. Was Drake macking on Diddy's girlfriend, Cassie? Had Drizzy somehow "disrespected" Puff, as witnesses claimed?

We may never know for certain what sparked the totally un-gangsta-sounding "slap fight," but TMZ is claiming to have gotten to the bottom (Now we here!) of the Drake-Diddy dispute: 

Apparently, Drake and Puff were both interested in a beat made by producer Boi-1da.

Puff called dibs, but sat on the song for eight months. Drake grew frustrated because he had a keen interest in the track, so he eventually just said screw it and turned the beat into the hit single "0-100/The Catch-Up."

While the song is undeniably dope, there's nothing mind-blowing about the beat, so it seems strange that Diddy would feel that protective of his ownership claim.

However, insiders say the elder statesman felt that relative newcomer Aubrey violated some unwritten hip hop code of ethics and needed to be taught a lesson.

We like to think Diddy busted out the "What did the five fingers say to the face?" joke before he smacked Drake, a la Dave Chappelle's Rick James. Sigh...in a perfect world.

If you're keeping score at home, that's three beefs this month for the "Started From the Bottom" rapper. The Drake-Tyga feud is said to be intensifying by the day, and Chris Brown has publicly called Drizzy out for attempting to steal his girl.

So if, our math is right, it's officially no longer safe for Champagne Papi to leave the house. RIP, Drake's career (2010-2014).

Stephanie Moseley, an actress star best known for her role on VH1's Hit the Floor, was found dead this morning after a Los Angeles SWAT team responded to calls of gunfire in her apartment complex.

After busting down her door, authorities discovered a pair of dead bodies inside the residence. Both were killed via gunshot.

One belonged to Moseley. The other belonged to her boyfriend, a rapper named Earl Hayes, who is a member of Floyd Mayweather's Money Team.

Per TMZ, Police are saying that Hayes murdered Moseley and then turned the gun on himself.

Insiders connected to the late couple tell TMZ that Hayes had Moseley her of cheating on her with a famous singer.

Stephanie Moseley also had a role on The CW's Hellcats and served as a choreographer/dancer in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and Mirror Mirror.

She also worked as a backup dancer for stars such as Britney Spears and Chris Brown. 

We send our condolences to the families of the victims.

Brittany Musick Opens Up About Jeremy Calvert Romance: I&#39;m No <b>...</b>

Last week, we learned that Jeremy Calvert is hollering at Brittany Musick in the form of flirtatious text messages.

Understandably, Calvert's soon-to-be-ex-wife, Leah Messer, seems less than pleased with the idea of Jeremy dating someone new just a few weeks after he moved out on her.

"Seeking attention gets us nowhere," Messer wrote in a status update that seems to be targeted at Brittany. "Make yourselves better than others and stand above the odds."

In addition to subtly talking trash, Messer has done nothing to discourage her fans from attacking Musick on Twitter. 

After several days of abuse, Musick finally responded by making her tweets private and issuing a reply to the haters:

"I'm not the homewrecker," Musick wrote in response to the most popular taunt used by Leah's fans. "If anyone, Leah is. I just heard about their divorce and he confirmed it, so why not talk to him and chill."

"Why don't you quit worrying about what I do and worry about your own life? K? Thanks."

It's not clear what Musick meant when she stated that Leah is the homewrecker, but it's been rumored that Messer cheated on Calvert with her ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd.

Calvert claimed on Twitter that he discovered the affair, which led to his decision to begin divorce proceedings.

While at The Hollywood Reporter 'Women in Entertainment' Power 100 Breakfast in L.A., something suuuuuper interesting happened…

Angelina Jolie came face-to-face with Amy Pascal, the Sony exec involved in a rude back and forth email exchange with producer Scott Rudin.

The infamous email exchange saw Rudin calling Angie a "minimally talented spoiled brat" in a response to Pascal.

The photo of Angie and Pascal meeting is incredible. It's very possible this is their first face-to-face since the big leak!

Pascal's overenthusiastic double shoulder grip, coupled with Jolie's emotionless expression make this photo absolute gold.

We'd give anything to hear the conversation that took place!

Remember, it was Rudin who made the AWFUL Jolie comments to Pascal, so this might've been only a mildly awkward meet up. We're sure there was a lot of apologizing and excuse making. Maybe it was even sincere.

By the look on Angie's face… she's not showing her cards. Damn that talented actress! That's one seriously stoic poker face!
