Justin Bieber discusses his penis photos at, um, length on Monday's "Access Hollywood." Watch below.

The superstar recounts the incident from his perspective, revealing, "I was in the middle of nowhere" when the paparazzi surreptitiously took pictures of him while he was nude. "All out there was just blue water, so I'm not thinking they're going to be in boats coming out," he says. Manager Scooter Braun was the one to break the news once the naked photos were published by the New York Daily News.

"My first thing was like, first of all, how can they do this? I feel super violated, like I can't step outside and feel like I can go outside naked?" Bieber says incredulously. "You should feel comfortable in your own space when you're especially that far away. I didn't think they would come all the way out there."

Bieber says he first saw the censored snapshots. "Immediately I'm like, 'Oh my god, did I come out of the water? Am I shrinking? Do I have shrinkage?'" he recalls, before quipping, "That was shrinkage for me, anyway." The singer goes on to credit one person for making the situation "funny" for him… his dad, who sent out a controversial tweet asking, "What do you feed that thing?"

Still, Bieber admits, "If I could go back and not go outside naked, I probably would've. Is it the end of the world? No. But there's certain things I wanted to keep to myself and for myself. I was never gonna come out with a naked photo." Check out the videos below, and tell us what you think.

Isabella Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, is a married woman after she tied the knot with Max Parker in a surprise wedding!

But where was Tom? And did he even know about it?

Tom was nowhere to be found, Radar reports, as Bella wed British IT consultant Max Parker in a secret ceremony on September 18 in London.

Little is known about her romance with Parker at this time, and it's apparent that she has tried to keep it that way, which will likely not change.

Notoriously private, and likely afraid of the attention that her high profile dad might draw, Bella, 22, limited the guest list to a small group of friends.

Her father and her brother Connor Cruise, who along with Bella was adopted by Tom and Nicole, were NOT in attendance when she wed Parker.

No photos of Nicole Kidman have been found, either.

Like her father, Bella is a member of the Church of Scientology, Tom's controversial faith, and she reportedly still attends services regularly,

The groom, meanwhile, is not a member of the faith.

Nor has he even met Tom Cruise, apparently.

Nicole Kidman, meanwhile, is said to be "overjoyed" at her daughter's new union, though it's unclear if she's met her new son-in-law, either.

Tom's relationship with his kids, coupled with his somewhat secretive nature, has been the subject of much debate over the years.

Particularly in the case of Suri Cruise, his daughter with Katie Holmes, it's been tabloid fodder - and potentially a lightning rod for lawsuits.

His busy schedule has made time with her scarce, while Katie is said to have left him in part because she feared Suri being brainwashed by Scientology.

None of that has been confirmed, however.

On an unrelated note, rumors have also circulated that Tom Cruise's mom is missing, so there's a whole lot of mystery surrounding the A-list star.

Lindsay Vrckovnik would like to set her dating record straight.

Yes, the 18-year old model has been hanging out with Scott Disick. Yes, she has been spotted at clubs with him, looking awfully close and cozy.

But, no, TMZ quotes Vrckovnik as saying: she is NOT dating the horribly annoying reality star.

She claims to not even have slept with him.

Disick was first seen with Lindsay Vrckovnik late last month, dining with him at an East Village restaurant before parting all night at 1 OAK Nightclub.

They then traveled to Miami and continued their romance... according to various reports, that is.

But Vrckovnik insists she has never hooked up with Kourtney Kardashian's three-time baby daddy.

She says she was simply traveling with some models; met Disick in The Big Apple; and he chose to follow the group to Florida.

Vrckovnik, who hails from Canada, even claims she has a boyfriend and photos of her and Disick that have surfaced online have created tension in their relationship.

Which we can understanding, considering how close Lindsay and Scott appear to be in certain images.

But Vrckovnik labels these pictures as "misleading," hoping to make it clear she has no interest in Lord Douchebag.

As for Kourtney? Insiders say she has one reaction to rumors of Disick having moved on with Vrckovnik: Eh, whatever, dude.

Last week, we learned that Jenelle Evans has a new boyfriend named David Eason.

Eason has been arrested several times and even served time in prison earlier this year.

Obviously, Jenelle has her own history of trouble with the law (She was most recently arrested for assaulting Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend.), and family and friends are concerned that Eason will prove to be a negative influence who will prevent her from finally getting her life together.

According to Radar Online, however, Evans insists Eason is the best guy she's ever dated, and she seems convinced that he's the man she's been looking for.

"She's telling friends he's not a bad guy" says one insider. "He's a sweetheart and he makes her so f--king happy. He's a true southern gentleman."

The source says the couple is moving very fast, and have already introduced their children to one another. (David is also a father of two.)

Apparently, Eason isn't the slightest bit concerned that Jenelle was engaged to Griffith up until two months ago, and Jenelle isn't worried about Eason's mile-long rap sheet, which includes charges for breaking and entering and grand larceny.

"It's all good because life is perfect since she moved on and she is stress free," says the insider.

Sigh. We wish her all the best, but this is still Jenelle we're talking about. This thing should start falling apart in horrific fashion by the end of this week.

Jill Zarin: Hospitalized After Near-Fatal Car Crash - The Hollywood ...

Former Real Housewives of New York star Jill Zarin was hospitalized this afternoon after surviving a terrifying car crash on the FDR expressway.

Witnesses say Zarin was unconscious at the scene, having suffered what appeared to be a serious head injury.

Little is known about her condition, but insiders report that Zarin has regained consciousness and was released from the hospital moments ago after several hours of tests and observation.

"Jill was in the car with her publicist on her way to promote her film, Night of the Wild, when the driver slammed on the brakes and crashed into a three-car pile up," a source close to Zarin tells Radar Online.

"The car was going about 30 mph but Jill wasn't wearing a seatbelt. The lesson from all of this is always wear your seatbelt."

Zarin was fired from the Bravo series that made her famous back in 2012.

There were rumors that she would be re-hired by RHONY producers last season, but the deal never materialized for an interesting reason.

Apparently, Zarin's feud with co-star Bethenny Frankel was so serious that Frankel refused to return the show if Zarin was offered a contract.

Several Bravo stars expressed their concern for Zarin via social media today. Not surprisingly, Frankel has yet to do so.

With three more women alleging that Bill Cosby drugged, sexually assaulted or harassed them, the number of alleged Bill Cosby victims is at 50.

Fifty. Five-zero.

The latest allegations come from a former Mrs. America, a former cocktail server at a jazz club and a woman aspiring to pose for Playboy.

These three women will not "be the last to speak out about their accusations against Mr. Cosby," Gloria Allred, their attorney, promised.

Cosby's attorney, Marty Singer, said previously that claims "about alleged decades-old events are becoming increasingly ridiculous."

Are they, though?

Pamela Abeyta said she was a 25-year-old aspiring model when she met Cosby who was performing at the Las Vegas Hilton in 1979.

"I thought it might lead to an opportunity with Playboy because I knew Mr. Cosby was friends with Hugh Hefner so I went," she writes.

Abeyta said Cosby invited her to stay in a guest room in his suite, bought her $2,500 in clothes and took her to dinner and a show.

By the end of which - you're not gonna believe this - "everything became a blur ... I don't remember leaving," she says in a statement.

"When I came to I was lying in Bill Cosby's bed not my own room," she adds. "I awakened for a second time and then blacked out."

"When I came to again I saw two other naked people in the room. Bill was sitting on the side of the bed and I blacked out again."

Sharon Van Ert claimed that in 1976, she was working as a cocktail waitress at Concerts of the Sea, a club on the Redondo Beach pier.

The waitress claimed Cosby offered to walk her to her car, then got in her vehicle with her and told her she was too drunk to drive.

"After a while, Mr. Cosby started getting fresh," she said. "He was touching me and rubbing my leg. The next thing I remember?"

"Waking up in my car, my head hanging down, alone. I knew I was drugged because I threw up and I never threw up or drank too much."

"I believe that he must have put something in my drink while we were closing up the place. When I got home I realized my panties were missing."

"I never found them."

The third alleged victim, Lisa Christie, said Cosby became a father figure and mentor when she was an 18-year-old model and actress.

When she rebuffed his advances, Cosby allegedly told her, "You're never going to make it in this business unless you sleep with me."

Christie said she did not do so, despite his persistent urging. "With Mr. Cosby I was one of the fortunate ones to escape," she said.

"Now I am here to support all of the victims."

Cosby is scheduled to be deposed October 9 by Allred; Judy Huth claimed that Cosby molested her when she was just 15 years old.

The deposition will be the first time Cosby has spoken about the sexual assault allegations against him since a separate case in 2005.

Bill has said little about the deluge of accusations over the past year, though he has implied he is the victim of a racist witch hunt.

After less than two years of marriage, The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting announced today that they're calling it quits.

"Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage," said Cuoco's reps in a statement to People magazine.

"They ask for privacy at this time," the actress' rep continued.

"No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

Kaley Cuoco divorce rumors have been circulating for months, but the actress repeatedly denied that she and Ryan Sweeting were having issues.

Earlier this week, Cuoco assured fans that Sweeting was perfectly fine with watching her marry real-life ex Johnny Galecki on The Big Bang Theory.

Whether that's true or not, or played any role in this, we can't say for sure, but the decision must to split must have been made fairly recently.

The 29-year-old Kaley was posting photos of Ryan on her Instagram page as recently as two weeks ago. It makes you wonder.

In any case, fans know all too well that Cuoco and Sweeting got married on New Year's Eve 2013 after just three months of dating.

As an unemployed former pro tennis player, Ryan instantly became the butt of male gold digger jokes; Kaley always defended him.

"I have never been more proud of anyone on this planet," Kaley wrote on her Instagram page in April, adding of her man:

"This guy is fighting back from a whirlwind of injuries and not to mention constant 'conversation' regarding our marriage and basically any daily decision we decide to make."

Yesterday, we reported that Kim Zolciak suffered a mini stroke that temporarily left her numb and unable to speak.

Today, we learned that Zolciak is still hospitalized despite her initial claim that she planned to return home last night.

Now, Radar Online has confirmed the inevitable, reporting that Kim has quit Dancing With the Stars in order to focus on her health and recovery.

A source tells Radar that Zolciak made the decision after consulting with doctors and being told that returning to strenuous physical activity so soon after a major health crisis could put her in danger.

Kim has been regularly updating her fans via Instagram (she posted the pic of herself and husband Kroy Biermann this morning), but she has yet to reveal that she won't be returning to DWTS.

Her most recent update indicates that she's in stable condition, but remains uncertain of when she'll be released from the hospital"

"Going in for one more procedure, things are looking up! don't let the oxygen scare you its just protocol.

It's been almost three months since Kourtney Kardashian dumped Scott Disick and it looks like relations between the exes have only gotten worse in that time.

Sources say Scott and Kourtney have reached a custody agreement, but they're still at war over everything from visitation schedules to spousal support.

Their relationship has deteriorated to the point that Kourtney is now feuding with Kris Jenner simply because she expressed some mildly pro-Scott sentiments in an interview.

Disick is apparently pissed that Kourtney is still trash-talking him and that he'll basically be cast as the villain in upcoming episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Some might say that's fair, since he cheated on the mother of his three children, but Radar Online is reporting that Scott has complained to Kourtney about the way he'd being treated. Not surprisingly, she couldn't care less:

"Scott told Kourtney that she needs to stop playing the 'poor me' game and when he said that to her, she absolutely blew up on him," a source tells the website.

"Things have obviously changed a lot between them. Although she was overly fair when it comes to their kids by giving him joint custody , she is not going to play fair anymore when it comes to their money.

"Kourtney told him that she is going to leave him broke, and by the time she is done with him he will never get another job on TV again...He is already hurting financially since the breakup, but she wants to make sure he is in financial ruin."

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is getting out of prison before you know it, and a good thing too for her libido.

In the upcoming Bravo special about her time in jail, viewers will be treated to phone conversations between Teresa and Joe Giudice.

Viewers will only see Joe, who is on camera; Teresa can be heard on the jail phone, presumably with subtitles added in post-production.

During one call, Teresa pleads for phone sex, and Joe laughs it off.

Maybe he's just not that kinky? Not that into her anymore? Or it's just not the right time? There are TV cameras two inches from his face.

It gets worse/better. Teresa talks about creating a fantasy life behind bars, and how all she wants is to ride Joe 'til the cows come home.

She was able to watch Magic Mike (it's minimum security) and says she pictured Joe's face on Channing Tatum's body as he grinded.

We don't even know what to say other than that we'll be looking at some Charlotte McKinney photos to cleanse our mental palette.

As for whether she's interested in getting any from the other "team" behind bars ... Teresa says she has had no such interactions. Yet.

She says she "hears plenty of it," however, and we don't doubt it.

If there's anything we know because we watch Orange is the New Black online, though, is that prison does crazy s--t to people sexually.

We're not saying she has to become a lesbian full time, but no one is judging people who experiment, and you do what you gotta do.

The special airs October 11; Teresa gets out early next year.

Reports from the Illinois rehab facility believed to be housing the disgraced Josh Duggar indicate that the reality star is missing in action.

Did he even fly to Reformers Unanimous in the first place? And if not, where is the troubled father of four since he went into seclusion?

Last week, Josh Duggar checked into rehab (or so we were told by a terse Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar) at an undisclosed location.

The Duggars' private plane, piloted by John David Duggar, pulled into Rockford, Ill., one night, only to turn around 10 minutes later.

it was believed that this was a clandestine perv dropoff and that Josh entered Reformers Unanimous, a Christian treatment facility.

His parents have publicly supported the facility in the past, so the theory made sense ... except he reportedly hasn't been seen there.

Radar insiders claim Josh Duggar hasn't shown up to the rehab center's mandatory meetings and church services in the last week.

On Friday, a group of RU "students" pulled up to the facility's affiliate, North Love Baptist Church, in a van for a local chapter meeting.

The program promotes recovery from addiction through Bible studies, and all are expected to attend; Josh was AWOL, however.

Similarly, he was absent on Sunday, when RU residents are required to attend church services at North Love twice in one day.

"Josh definitely wasn't there," a witness says.

To put it mildly, "It was very strange."

"All students attend all services," the RU website states, as "continued church attendance is a key catalyst to continuing victory."

In another surprising twist, the family's plane took another mystery trip August 27 across the Duggars' home state of Arkansas.

The plane arrived in Paragould, a quiet, eastern town, around 9 a.m., and took off for home in Springdale, Ark., around 6 p.m.

The Christian family does not have property in the area, and no known friends or extended family members are from the town.

Nor are there are any known rehab centers in the vicinity.

It's unclear if this is related to rumors that Josh was sent away to six months in a Christian labor camp ... but we wouldn't doubt it.

So where is Josh, and when will we see him again?

Obviously, we can't answer that, but we wouldn't bank on the family coming forward with daily updates or blog posts, that's for sure.

Josh had been keeping a very low-profile since May, when uncovered police reports outed him as a molester of his own minor sisters.

He confessed to deviant behavior, resigned as executive director at the Family Research Council, and left Washington, D.C. in shame.

Then TLC nixed 19 Kids & Counting ... and then it actually got worse for the Duggars after cheating website Ashley Madison was hacked.

Yes. While espousing "family values" and lobbying against gay rights, Josh was cheating on wife Anna Duggar and addicted to online porn.

It's unclear how "successful" he was on Ashley Madison, but he reportedly trolled other dating sties and strip clubs for mistresses as well.

Only one, Danica Dillon, has come forward so far ... though her tales of being paid, manhandled and berated by Josh are something else.

Yesterday, we reported that Jenelle Evans is dating David Eason, a 27-year-old welder from North Carolina.

Because Jenelle can't go long without some insane drama in her life, she chose a dude who gets arrested almost as much as she does.

She also immediately began engaging in online fights with the people in his life.

Radar Online is reporting that Eason's friends and family are attempting to discourage him from getting serious with Jenelle.

One female friend (and possible ex-girlfriend) pointed out some of Jenelle's many, many (many) flaws on Facebook last night, and not surprisingly, Ms. Evans was not happy about it:

"Because she doesn't have her state certification since she failed the exam," the friend wrote on Eason's page. "Because when she isn't being fabulous at a red carpet event, she's partying locally.

"Because she has to actually have her kids longer than 4 hours to be a mother..."No one is perfect, but they don't have to be this train wreck either. There's mistakes, and then there's habitual f***ups."

Jenelle - perhaps wanting to prove her sanity to the new man in her life - remained relatively calm in her response...at least by Jenelle standards:

"Sweetheart say whatcha want but I'm not a train wreck anymore, it's called growing up. You should try it!" Jenelle wrote.

"Yeah I go to some red carpet events here and there but ultimately my focus is my future for my family and that's why I have a backup plan, so before you call someone an idiot or a bad mother maybe you should look more into their lives than judging them so quickly and harshly."

Of course, the most mature thing would've been not responding at all, but even if she's really "not a train wreck anymore," this is still Jenelle we're talking about.

Chris Brown was ticketed outside a Hollywood club on Friday, but it's not clear if he was truly at fault. See video below.

The incident took place in front of Los Angeles hotspot Playhouse, where Brown pulled up in his Lamborghini to host a concert after-party. He exited the vehicle, left it at the curb, and headed inside the venue. A short time later, a police offer showed up, flashing a light inside the car, and on the curb, which was apparently painted red, indicating it was a no-parking zone.

As the cop began writing up a ticket, some in Brown's entourage argued the valet was supposed to move the car, which obviously didn't happen. Whether that was actually the case, though, is unknown. It's believed Brown was ticketed regardless.

And the issue was Brown's second legal run-in in the last few days. As Gossip Cop reported Thursday, the singer was named in an assault investigation after a woman claimed she was forcibly thrown off his bus in Denver when she wouldn't surrender her phone, a security/privacy requirement enforced by Brown's camp. He ranted on Twitter about the situation, writing, "Funny how my name comes up in an investigation with no video evidence but the cops have a full video of n*ggas breaking in to my house."

He continued, "Let's shine the light on real f*cking criminals. People looking for a come up. Hilarious!" While he has yet to comment, it stands to reason Brown would very much object to the police officer shining that flashlight on him. See video below, and tell us what you think.

For several weeks, the nature of the relationship between Ben Affleck and Christine Ouzounian has been a subject of rampant rumors and widespread speculation.

It was initially reported that Affleck was caught cheating with Ouzounian while he was still married to Garner.

Sources later claimed that though Affleck and Ouzounian were dating, their relationship didn't begin until after the actor's marriage had ended.

Whatever the case, insiders say Affleck is so eager to avoid Ouzounian these days that he changed a cell phone number he'd previously had for several years.

Now, a new report from Radar Online is claiming that the friction between Garner and Ouzounian goes back to the time when she was nothing more than the couple's nanny, and Ben has expressed his regret at allowing the 28-year-old opportunist to play a larger role in their lives.

Recently, Ben and Jen attended a marriage counseling session together, and Ben reportedly apologized for his inappropriate relationship with Ouzounian.

"Ben took responsibility for his relationship with their former nanny," says one insider. "The relationship had started after the couple had already split up, but Jen was humiliated when the relationship went public."

The source adds that Jen often felt that Ben and Christine would team up on her in discussions about the best way to raise the kids, and she now "understands what was really going on."
