| Mayim Bialik to Ariana Grande: Why You Hoeing? - The <b>Hollywood</b> <b>...</b> Posted: 14 Sep 2014 04:02 AM PDT Mayim Bialik is not a fan of Ariana Grande. Specifically the billboards around town promoting the singer's new album, and in Bialik's view, sex and lots of it. As she shared on her Kveller blog on Friday, the self-proclaimed "old-fashioned" actress is not a fan of ads such as this, especially because of her children. "There is one for Ariana Grande, and I will go ahead and admit I have no idea who she is or what she does," the 38-year-old mother of sons ages 6 and 9 wrote. "Based on the billboard, she sells lingerie. Or stiletto heels. Or plastic surgery, because every woman over 22 wishes she has that body, I'm sure." "Why is she in her underwear on this billboard though? And if she has a talent (is she a singer?), then why does she have to sell herself in lingerie?" "I mean, I know society is patriarchal and women are expected to be sexy and sexually available no matter what we do, but I guess now I need to explain that to my sons?" The billboard (below) is actually for Ariana's new album, My Everything, which hit shelves late last month using that same image of Grande on its cover: "Am I a crotchety old lady?" Mayim, one of the smartest celebrities in Hollywood, added. "I guess so. But I just don't understand why this is what ads need to look like..." "Why do I have to be okay with young women literally in lingerie on gigantic billboards? If I want to see women in lingerie, I can walk through any mall with a Victoria's Secret."  The former Blossom cast member would probably cringe to learn that Ariana is actually more talented and conservative than most when it comes to this sort of this. This doesn't diminish her point, though, because it's hard not to look at the image above (or the Ariana Grande photos below), and not notice her looks. What do you think? Has society gone overboard with ads such as these? It's not Ariana alone who Mayim has beef with here, either. Not by a long shot. Bialik also called out a Masters of Sex billboard: "Seriously? How am I supposed to explain those to my kids? Especially my older son who can read?" Levi's jeans ads, too, the 38-year-old actress says, are "basically people groping each other as foreplay and undressing each other while making out." Finally, there's a billboard showing a young girl "flipping the bird." According to her blog, it's an ad "for a new show about teenagers in school or something." She's not a fan of any of the above, but you watch The Big Bang Theory online and that probably won't offend her. It's also pretty gosh darn hilarious. Ariana Grande is such a young hottie. Just don't believe those nude pics floating around. Not really her.  |

That's right, the former MTV reality star is married! LC and William Tell exchanged vows on Saturday in an intimate California ceremony, insiders confirm to Us Weekly. They were surrounded by close friends and family members.  "What a perfect way to start our lives together; surrounded by the people we love most," Conrad and Tell said via statement. Conrad and Tell went on a Valentine's Day blind date after being up by mutual friends in 2012. No pressure there, huh?!? They then got engaged in October of last year. "William and I are overwhelmed by all of your warm wishes," Conrad wrote at the time. "Thank you so much for sharing in this special moment :-)." Tell graduated from law school at the University of Southern California in May and Conrad celebrated her bachelorette party in Cabo a month later. She previously dated Stephen Colletti, Jason Wahler, Brody Jenner and Kyle Howard - and we sent the newlyweds are very, very best! Lauren Conrad can't always be described as such, but she's definitely looking perky here. Wow. |
| Love & Hip Hop <b>Hollywood</b> Check Yourself: Episode 1 | Reality TV <b>...</b> Posted: 15 Sep 2014 05:45 PM PDT What did we learn from the series premiere of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood? First and foremost, we learned that Teairra Mari is not over Ray J. Hell, even now that that episode is done filming, she's STILL not over him. Just watch this clip to see what we mean! In the first installment of Check Yourself, Teairra admits that just watching herself share the screen with Ray makes her want to cry. Ray J.'s reaction to watching her get all emotional is hilarious. Look at how big his eyes get the more she cries! "Teairra is a basket-case," he says. Later in the clip, Omarion's women: his girlfriend April and his mother Leslie, discuss their differences, which are still a work in progress, as you can see. |

Love & Hip Hop Hollywood premiered and the turn up was off the charts. From Teairra Mari still holding out for Ray J to Omarion's love triangle with his baby's mother, Apryl and his overprotective mother – this premiere episode was on fire. While Teairra was on a mission to retrieve her bag back from Ray J or Princess, Soulja Boy and his lady Nia Riley were preparing to move in together under one roof with Nia's baby daughter. Soulja's mad hyped because he's young and famous and rich so will he be able to hold it down at home with a child under his roof? Do you think Teairra needed to cool it with her 11th drink or did Princess deserve that reaction after bringing up some pretty personal matters? | Adrian Peterson: Indicted for Child Abuse - The <b>Hollywood Gossip</b> Posted: 12 Sep 2014 01:57 PM PDT Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was indicted today for "reckless or negligent injury to a child." Both Peterson and his lawyer have declined to comment. Peterson missed practice yesterday, but the Vikings say the absence was unrelated to the charges brought against him today. Peterson married Ashley Brown in July and has at least five children from previous relationships, though his exes and others have claimed that he's fathered as many as seven kids.  One of Peterson's sons died last year after being beaten by his mother's boyfriend. Peterson found out that he was the boy's father just two months before his death. The 29-year-old running back led the NFL in rushing in 2012, and very nearly broke the record for rushing yards in a single season. The news of Peterson's indictment comes on the heels of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice's suspension from the league for an assault on his wife, Janay Rice. While little is known about the charges against Peterson, he posted the following tweet today which may be a reference to the charges against him: "People understand that if you are on G-d's course and suppose to have that position and man decides to remove you know that G-d will remove everyone to place you rightfully! You matter!" "Its your season! Weapons may form but won't prosper! God has you covered don't stress or worry!" We'll have more on this story as it develops.
