| Sons of Anarchy Premiere Shatters Series Ratings Record - The <b>...</b> Posted: 10 Sep 2014 04:59 PM PDT Sons of Anarchy is off and running killing... and setting series ratings record. According to an FX press release, the Sons of Anarchy Season 7 premiere drew 6.2 million total viewers, along with a 3.2 rating among adults 18-49, both high water marks for the Kurt Sutter-produced drama.  The extra long episode mostly centered on Jax's thirst for vengeance, as he's now out of prison and focused on taking down those responsible for his wife's murder on the Season 6 finale. He believes that to be the Chinese, but viewers all know better, of course. Gemma is to blame. Elsewhere, Wendy is back in the picture; Unser could be in major trouble; and all members of SAMCRO say they are "all in" for whatever scheme Jax has in mind. Did you catch the opener? | Kate Middleton Morning Sickness Worsens, More Public Events <b>...</b> Posted: 10 Sep 2014 04:49 AM PDT The pregnant Kate Middleton has been forced to cancel two more public engagements as she battles acute morning sickness, according to the palace.  Royal family reps confirmed Kate Middleton is pregnant with her second child earlier this week, and that she is suffering early on as she did with George. Her condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, has not landed her in the hospital for her treatment this time, but she remains too unwell to fulfill her royal duties. Specifically, that means missing brother-in-law Prince Harry's launch events for the Invictus Games on Wednesday and Thursday, September 9 and 10. "The Duchess of Cambridge will not attend the Opening Ceremony of the Invictus Games this evening or the Athletics event tomorrow," the Palace said. Not that there's likely to be any hard feelings from Prince Harry, as younger Prince expressed his sympathy for the pregnant Duchess on Monday. "In all seriousness, I hope my sister-in-law gets better soon," he said. This trim blazer perfectly highlighted Kate Middleton's baby bump during her pregnancy with Prince George. "The last time I saw her, she was okay. Feeling pretty poorly, but I think that's to be expected. Luckily I'm not a woman so I don't have to go through that. It's a pretty horrible thing." Harry joked that he's excited for Royal Baby #2 so that he can see his older brother suffer more, but he feels awful for Kate and hopes she recovers soon. In the meantime, Kate remains under close medical supervision. "The Duchess is at her home in Kensington Palace and is being seen regularly by doctors who are treating her," a Palace aide said of the 32-year-old. "She is being looked after by the surgeon gynecologist to the Queen, Alan Farthing, and the surgeon gynecologist to the royal household, Guy Thorpe-Beeston." Meanwhile, rumors are circulating that Kate and William might use the pregnancy as an excuse to bolt London for good and make Norfolk their home. The cameras recently caught her off guard to get her take on the Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey split, and like the world-weary Angeleno that she is, she explained that she's not all that shocked at the split. "I think it's hard enough to keep a relationship when you're behind closed doors. When you're in the public eye, it's no telling what's really going on." As for who Mariah should date next, Masika was at a loss for suggestions, explaining that mariah is the kind of woman who keeps us all on our toes. "No one really expected her to end up with Nick…[so] I really don't know where you go from Nick Cannon!" Love & Hip Hop Hollywood premieres September 15 at 8PM ET/PT. |
| Richard Kiel Dies; Former James Bond Villain Was 74 - The <b>...</b> Posted: 11 Sep 2014 03:05 AM PDT Richard Kiel, a veteran actor best known for his villainous turn as an assassin in a pair of James Bond movies, died yesterday afternoon at St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, California. He was 74 years old.
Kiel stood 7'2" and got his start in the early 1960s on shows such as Laramie, Thriller and The Rifleman. He portrayed an alien on an episode of The Twilight Zone and eventually a fan of Adam Sandler's character in Happy Gilmore. But the Detroit native will likely most be remembered for playing Jaws in The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) and Moonraker (1979), two James Bond films that featured Roger Moore as the iconic hero. The evil character had metal teeth that could bite through anything and he pursed 007 all over the globe. In 2007, Kiel starred with Verne Troyer in the Swedish reality series Welcome To Sweden and in 2010 he voiced the villainous Vlad in the 2010 Disney cartoon Tangled. According to Us Weekly insiders, the reality star and the rapper are "on a break" because the "relationship got too heavy and Khloe needed to take a step back." We can't help but to now wonder: Will Kris Jenner ask for a refund? She allegedly paid Montana to date her daughter.  Khloe got together with French about eight months ago, not long after her marriage to Lamar Odom totally fell apart. Many family members were concerned about Khloe getting involved in such a serious relationship so soon after the end of her marriage, especially due to talk that Montana abandoned his child and baby mama to be with Kardashian. But Khloe ignored the haters and carried on. As recently as mid-August, Khloe said she didn't even care if Montana were using her to be famous. But a tabloid source says the Moroccan-born musician became "needy" for the 30-year old star and "it grated on [Khloe] that he became so dependent on her." Is this truly the end for the famous couple? Or will they pull a Justin and Selena and get back together? "She just wants time apart from him," the source concludes of how Khloe feels at the moment. | Kris Jenner Stalker Targeted by FBI: Terrifying Details Revealed <b>...</b> Posted: 09 Sep 2014 02:24 PM PDT Back in April, Kris Jenner claimed "pranksters" had targeted her family by calling her phone and hanging up, and contacting media outlets pretending to be Kris. Now, it seems there have may have been something far more sinister than pranks going on. Earlier today, the FBI entered a Beverly Hills hotel room occupied by a woman named Christina Bankston. They confiscated her cellphone, laptop, and iPad which they say contain evidence that Bankston is responsible for calling Jenner 300 times a day and making death threats against her. Bankston reportedly made the trip to LA to pay a surprise visit to Kris. TMZ has obtained this video of Banskton shouting "I love you Kris," while riding a roller coaster last week:  Kris Jenner Stalker Declares Love Scary stuff. Scarier still? Bankston remains a free woman, as authorities didn't evidence to arrest her. Yes, Bankston claims that a friend had been borrowing her electronics for the past eight months so she had no idea all of this was happening. This isn't the first time that Kris has been targeted by a stalker. Back in April, she hired extra security after someone broke into her home. In June, Jenner was hacked and forced to delete a series of "I hate Kanye" posts from her social networking pages. There's no word on whether or not Banskton was involved in either incident. |
