No one knows this better than the cast of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. These musicians (some aspiring, others seasoned veterans) break down what the music business in Los Angeles is really like and said things like: fake, competitive, aggressive and "definitely Hollywood." Teairra Mari says, "If you're not at a certain status then people won't f*** with you," while newbie Morgan Hardman says "was" a lesbian when she first got on the scene to keep guys away. One thing's for sure, being a woman in showbiz is no easy task. Moniece Slaughter says you're better off being ugly because people will actually listen to what you're saying. Just when you think they're out of the news for good, they ramp it back up. Unlike the Tori Spellings and Kendra Wilkinsons of the world, there's no scripting this nonsense: Jon and Kate full-on H8 each other with a vengeance. Earlier, we reported that Jon is not allowed to see the kids and gunning for Kate in court. Now a new report suggests he's after something besides custody: A cut of Kate Gosselin's paycheck for the new season of TLC's Kate Plus 8! Although Jon isn't on the show, and reportedly signed away control of his kids' TV future in exchanged for reduced child support obligations, he wants to cash in. "Jon's trying to get a percentage of Kate's TLC salary for the new Kate Plus 8 episodes," the insider said. "He has no stable job, no steady income." "Now he's trying to tell Kate that if she doesn't give him a cut of the money, he will claim the kids hate filming and they are being forced to do it." Kate's calling that bluff, however. We have no doubt Jon is livid about their return to TV, but legally, he has no leg to stand on and she knows it. "He's all bark and no bite," the source said. "Kate has absolutely no intentions whatsoever of giving him any money. He doesn't have any right to it anyway!" "He's waived all his rights as a parent by forgoing all child support payments," the source said. "Also, he isn't going to court to fight for custody of the kids." "He just uses that tactic to victimize himself so that the public feels bad for him." Jon's also banned from her home, apparently, so he's got a lot to feel sorry for himself about. Oh, and Steve Neild and Kate Gosselin may be dating. Guess when it rains, it pours for Jon the beleaguered Pennsylvania waiter. The British model/actress was in the news for all the wrong reasons two years ago after her husband, director Rupert Sanders, was caught kissing Kristen Stewart. After an attempt at reconciliation with Sanders, with whom she has two children, Ross eventually filed for divorce. How is she doing these days?  "It's amazing what two years does," Ross tells Harper's Bazaar UK. "Today, I feel happier than I've ever felt, and I'm in such a great place. All of us are: my kids are great, Rupert's amazing, we have all moved on and everyone is doing really well." Ross officially split from Sanders in January 2013, 18 months after photos surfaced of Sanders cheating with Stewart. This dalliance, of course, also led to the actress' break up with Robert Pattinson. "People need to learn to forgive," Ross also told Harper's. "I have no problem with anyone involved. I'm completely compassionate, I really am. No life is perfect, we all have our problems and issues and I believe that it's good to be true to who you are." Ross and Sanders got married in 2002 and have a daughter (Skyla, now 9) and a son (Tennyson, now 7) together. She admits they weren't really "evolving as a couple" at the time of his infidelity. In the months since her divorce was finalized, Ross has found love again: she's dating music producer Jimmy Iovine. "I think we can grow from all experiences, even the most tragic, shi-ty ones where you think you're going to die," she says. "There are ways of growing with them and learning from them and moving past them and accepting them. I just feel so lucky and peaceful with everything in life, and excited and happy."
