| Teresa and Joe Giudice: Headed for Divorce Following Sentencing <b>...</b> Posted: 03 Oct 2014 06:10 AM PDT Yesterday, the Giudices had you might call a rough day in court. Though each of them reportedly believed they'd avoid prison time with their last-minute pleas for mercy, Judge Esther Salas decided that the Giudices both need to do some pretty serious time.  Joe Giudice was sentenced to 41 months as a result of the several counts of fraud to which he pled guilty back in March. Even though by many accounts she was simply along for the ride, Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months behind bars. If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, you know that the Giudices claim to value family above all else. So you might guess that their current struggles have made them closer than ever and Teresa and Joe are standing by each other in this time of strife, right? Oh, how wrong you would be. Sources say Teresa blames all of her legal troubles on Joe, and she may even try to end things with her husband before she begins serving her sentence on January 5. "She feels screwed," says one insider. And now for the classic. Teresa's face is priceless as she famously flips the table. Bravo. Bravo. "She is just absolutely stunned - not only that she was sentenced to 15 months in prison but that she has to serve her time before Joe serves his time." "Joe had promised Teresa that he would take the fall for everything. Yet he didn't live up to the promise. She feels stunned. This isn't the man she married." Judge Salas has allowed for Joe to begin serving his sentence after Teresa is released from prison so that one of them will always be free to perform parental duties. Given that the couple has four daughters to take care of, they're going to need all the help they can get, but as far as the duo's marriage is concerned? But will we ever see absolutely everything on Nick Jonas? Will we ever see his penis? The singer/aspiring actor spoke to E! News at the red carpet premiere of his new DIRECTV series Kingdom last night, telling the outlet that he nearly goes full "frontal" on the series. That's nice and all, but we ask again: Will we ever see his penis?!?  "Never say never," Jonas says. "If the art required it and it was a role I felt really committed to and like I had to go there with it, I would do whatever it takes to tell the story." Commence swooning, ladies. Just try not to faint. As for how Nick's long-time girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, feels about her man showing off so much of his body? The star says she understands. "She's pretty cool, calm and collected about it," he told E!. "She's great. We have a really good system with each other about those things. And there is an element that we kind of have to give to the world outside of our little bubble together, and it's about kind of defining what those lines are and going from there." Plus, you know... Culpo gets to go home with Nick and do things to the body that the rest of us can only look at. So we're pretty sure he's okay with their arrangement. | Kendra Wilkinson: Hank Baskett is Lost, Deserves a Second Chance <b>...</b> Posted: 03 Oct 2014 07:15 AM PDT Kendra Wilkinson hasn't yet forgiven Hank Baskett for cheating on her with a transsexual, but believes her spouse is "lost" and deserves a second chance. On the eve of tonight's Kendra On Top Season 3 Episode 1, she spoke about her troubled marriage on Thursday with Access Hollywood Live's Billy Bush. "Life is too short," she said, to kick Hank to the curb just yet.  Kendra Wilkinson: Forgive Hank Baskett! "And this man who I loved for six years, I believe deserves - and everyone around us - everyone knows this man deserves a second chance if he did make a mistake." "And right now I'm working that out." That's a good life philosophy, though most people's mistakes aren't enjoying a mutual hand job session with Ava London, then trying to buy her silence. Might she still divorce him over it? Kendra basically admits the Hank Baskett cheating rumors are true, and the nature of his tryst has been particularly hard to wrap her head around. "I honestly don't have a decision right now," she says. "This has been a lot to handle, and a lot for me to think about, especially after giving birth to a baby." "[Hank] comes from an amazing place, from an amazing background. He's a perfect guy. He's never done me wrong. He's not like some douchebag." "He's never treated me wrong." Baskett's bond with son Hank IV, 4, and daughter Alijah, 5 months, is a big reason why Kendra is reluctant to discard her union, no matter what he did. "Hank [Jr.] only saw one fight since all this happened, and it was the first one. It was when the news hit me and everything," the reality star explained. "That was probably the worst one he could have seen. I kicked Hank out, and I saw it in little Hank's eyes," she recalled. "I mean, he loves his father." "At that moment, my son was looking at me like I was the bad guy ... [I made the decision to bring] Hank back, because little Hank would have been mad." Also in the back of her mind? Guilt. Kendra also says she isn't above reproach when it comes to their marriage, either, saying Hank was "going through a lot" and she wasn't emotionally present. He was struggling," she said. "He was going through a lot of stuff that nobody knows about. And he was trying to talk to me about it, and I would not deal with it," she laments. "He was very lost" for a while, she adds, and looking back, Kendra admits, "I wish I would have had it in my heart to slow down a little bit and listen." "He's in a lot of therapy now," she added. "He's trying to figure everything out and figure out a way to explain everything. I don't get it, you know?" We know, K-Dubs. We know. As for the rumors that none of this is real or they're only sticking together for the sake of the show (see Kendra on Top clips), she laughs that off. If anything, "it's actually put a rush on communicating," she said. "If it wasn't for the show, we'd probably be procrastinating and spending a lot of time apart." | Taylor Swift Joins The Voice as Adviser: Find Out Her Role & When <b>...</b> Posted: 03 Oct 2014 11:11 AM PDT A Grammy-winning songwriter, "Shake It Off" singer, serial dater, world champion knitter and mom to Olivia Benson and Meredith is coming to The Voice. Taylor Swift will appear as a "key adviser" to all the coaches this season!  Swift will work with Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani and mentor for all of the contestants on the various rosters. NBC announced today that Swift will make her first appearance on Monday, October 27, the very same day her forthcoming album, 1989, drops. Swift will appear again on October 28 and on November 3 as the Knockout Rounds come to a close, and possibly on even more episodes throughout. Taylor will reportedly work with the aspirants on all facets of their music. From helping craft vocal technique, stage presence and on tailoring (pun not intended) songs to fit their personalities and strengths, she'll do it all. During the Knockout Round, each coach can steal one or more artists from their rivals before the Live Playoff Rounds and America's voting begins. Swift, for her part, brings even more star wattage to the popular singing competition as the best-selling digital music artist of all time. When Swift isn't doing her musical thing, she's busy breaking the Internet. Whether she's wearing shirts inspired by Tumblr memes, naming her cats after TV characters or throwing pizza parties for fans, she can do no wrong. Just when you thought the Taylor Swift vs. Katy Perry feud had begun to die down, KP went nuclear by publicly flirting with Taylor's ex, Harry Styles. As you might imagine, Swifty is less than pleased. Though they didn't date for very long, Taylor spoke about her breakup with Harry just last week, and she made it sound as though it's still a bit of a sore subject. A sore subject that Katy insidiously used to her advantage in what's quickly becoming the Biggie vs. Tupac of passive-aggressive pop star feuds. A witness recently told Star magazine about about a recent, intimate dinner shared by Katy and Harry: "Katy had her hand on his arm and was playing with her hair. She was being really obvious." Taylor, of course, is no stranger to A-list drama and she's totally on to Katy: "Taylor thinks Katy orchestrated the whole thing just to mess with her," says a source close to Swift. "It makes her blood boil that Katy has this sweet-as-pie image when she's one of the most conniving girls in Hollywood. Taylor calls her 'the evil one' - that's how much she hates her." Oh, snap. This shiz is getting ugly. Insiders say that Taylor blames the feud on backup dancers (Katy supposedly hired some out from under her), but the whole thing sounds more personal than professional to us. | Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton Leaked Photos - The <b>Hollywood</b> <b>...</b> Posted: 03 Oct 2014 04:53 AM PDT Google said Thursday it has removed "tens of thousands" of leaked photos of Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and other stars in the wake of last month's scandal. The tech giant also hit back at accusations it was slow to react to the deluge of hacked photos, as alleged in a $100 million lawsuit threat by notable stars. We adore Jennifer Lawrence. And we feel bad that this actress has been victimized by the perverted online hacker. Lawyers representing some of the victims whose photos were stolen from hacked iCloud accounts and published online called out Google yesterday. Their attorneys accused Google of ignoring take down requests for, among others, the Kate Upton and Jennifer Lawrence nude photos on Google properties. The company says has taken "rapid" action and will continue to. "We've removed tens of thousands of pictures, within hours of the requests being made, and we have closed hundreds of accounts," Google said. "The internet is used for many good things," the company added, stating in no uncertain terms that "stealing people's private photos is not one of them." It remains to be seen if this satisfies the celebrities; lawyers, who allege that Google must do this under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. They also demanded that Google immediately remove the pics from Blogger and YouTube as well as suspend or terminate any offending accounts. J-Law really loves posing for nude selfies. Unfortunately for her, someone broke into her private collection. Google is "making millions and profiting from the victimization of women," they allege, and thus is exposed to compensation and punitive damages. Those damages, they say, "could well exceed" $100 million. Similar questions over profit from the scandal were directed at Reddit, whose Fappening subreddit became an Internet go-to for at least a week, and 4Chan. Earlier, lawyers Detroit Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander filed to have images linked to himself and Kate Upton naked removed from Google search results. So do Google's claims hold water? Or do the lawyers'? According to the attorneys, the search engine was asked to remove 461 URLs from its search results since the scandal broke, but, 51 percent remain. According to Google's own Transparency Report figures, 444 of those links have been removed ... so it looks like this could be headed for court. Lindsay may have successfully devalued her private pics by posing nude for Playboy, but we're sure there a lot of guys out there who still want to see what she looks like un-Photoshopped.
