| Charlie Sheen Sued for Sexual Assault by Dental Technician - The <b>...</b> Posted: 04 Oct 2014 05:37 AM PDT This much we know: something weird went down when Charlie Sheen visited the dentist this week. A couple days ago, the actor was accused of pulling out a knife after he flipped out once a gas mask was placed over his face. According to the dental technician on scene, Sheen was high on rock cocaine at the time. Jeff Ballard, the star's Public Relations guru, admits that his client suffered a bad reaction to some prescription medicine and did flail his arms, knocking some stuff over in the process. HOWEVER...  Charlie Sheen FLIPS OUT at Dentist "The [knife] story is being made up by this woman who was fired on Friday for violating HIPAA by telling her son Charlie was in the office," adds Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer. "It got back to Charlie and the dentist fired her." Authorities appear to agree, saying to weapon of any kind was mentioned in the original incident report. Now, though, that same dental technician (Margarita Palestino) alleges in a lawsuit, that Sheen came to her office last week for a procedure that required nitrous. As she put the mask on him, she claims he tore it off, jumped out of the chair and yelled, "I'm going to f-cking kill you!" Palestino also says Sheen grabbed her left breast and pulled her scrubs, then grabbed her bra strap and tried pulling it down. She's accusing him of sexual assault. The technician is also sticking to the assertion that Sheen went after his dentist with a knife and says a member of his entourage offered her $500 for her trouble. Says Singer in response: "This is a ridiculous claim by an opportunist looking to make her 15 minutes of fame and my client is confident he will prevail in this absurd lawsuit." In 1991, Charlie and some friends contacted the FBI about what they believed to be a footage of actual murders. Turns out it was just a Japanese horror film.  |

| Porsha Williams: DONE With The Real Housewives of Atlanta! - The <b>...</b> Posted: 01 Oct 2014 10:58 AM PDT With The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 7 trailer hitting the web just moments ago, we're hearing even more casting shakeup rumors than usual. Which is saying something, because it's always something with the RHOA. Yesterday, we learned that NeNe Leakes might be quitting the show, for real this time, from a cryptic tweet the veteran Housewife posted. Now, Real Housewives of Atlanta fans on Twitter were abuzz again, as Porsha Williams seemed to announce her departure from the popular Bravo series:  Porsha tweeted the photo above with a caption reading, "No more peach for me, but I still love checking in with my girls #Blessed #SomethingMajor #TeamPorsha" The "peach" obviously refers to the fruit that the women all hold in the show's opening credits. But what about that "something major?" As you may recall (How could you forget?) Porsha attacked Kenya Moore during the RHOA season six reunion show. Many expected her to be fired by producers, but Porsha announced back in June that she would be returning for season seven. So did Bravo have a change of heart about keeping the much-hated Housewife. In any event, NeNe seemed to confirm that Porsha will not be making a triumphant return by tweeting, "U may not have a peach but u still sweet... I work wit a sour patch." So that's that, then. Hopefully we'll find out soon whether Porsha quit or got fired. In the meantime, watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online to relive your favorite Porsha moments.
