A woman named Tina Seals has reportedly filed a maternity lawsuit in Manhattan in which she claims to be the mother of Blue Ivy Carter, Jay Z and Beyonce's only child. The rumored legal document alleges that Seals is seeking "to verify whether she is the biological mother" of the toddler and that she was "previously associated" in some way with defendants "Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z Carter." The case is labeled 1:14-cv-06219-UA. Beyonce and Blue Ivy Carter. The singer recently shared this photo on her website. [UPDATE: We're pretty certain Tina Seals is not Blue's mom.] It's nearly unheard of for a woman to file a maternity lawsuit because this somehow means Seals believes SHE gave birth to Blue Ivy instead of Beyonce... which is just an odd thing for the latter to have covered up and/or the former to have allowed. Could she have had an affair with Jay Z, given the child up for adoption to the couple and is now having second thoughts? It's unclear, and it could be complete BS - but this scandal comes amidst incessant chatter that Jay Z and Beyonce are on the outs. They've been touring together for weeks, but many close to the stars say the singers scarcely talk off stage and that "no one will be surprised" when they split. Jay Z, meanwhile, has been rumored to have stepped out on Beyonce with everyone from Rihanna to some artist named Liv... and now with Tina Seals as well. Or perhaps she acted as a surrogate. For what it's worth, talk did spring up on October 2011 that Beyonce was wearing a prosthetic belly and faking her pregnancy (notice the alleged fold in this photo?), an allegation the artist's rep labeled as "ridiculous." Knowles responded to the negative talk about her marriage last weekend by posing on Instagram in a Carter jersey, making it clear which team she supposedly remains on. Story Developing...  |

The sister of Spencer Pratt got the good looks in the family. Stephanie Pratt, 28, previously dated millionaire and social media entrepreneur Julien Chabbott. Having had a taste of the good life, she's not about to go back. Pratt and sister-in-law Heidi Montag were spotted filming scenes for Millionaire Matchmaker Friday, getting ready for her date in Marina Del Rey, Calif. Spencer, 30, and Heidi were once a millionaire match themselves, having grossed an estimated $10 million from The Hills and their other pursuits. Of course, they also went broke or darn close. To their credit, they've discussed at length about how they let fame and fortune go to their head and wish they had not squandered such a fortune. "Every time we'd go out, we'd order $4,000 bottles of wine. Heidi was going to the mall, dropping $20,000 or $30,000 a day," Spencer explained. Spencer said that the pair had delusions of grandeur. "We thought we were Jay Z and Beyonce," he laments. "In hindsight we should've been more low-key.' Low-key would not be what you would call the Heidi Montag plastic surgery debacle or her album Superficial, perhaps the worst thing ever recorded. Spencer and Heidi are still together and happy, though, in a romance that's apparently more real than anything seen on The Hills or any reality TV. How's that for irony? Maybe Stephanie should take her cues from those two, who recently reunited for Jen Bunney's wedding, instead of a Bravo show. These were the days, when Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt used to just pose for pictures and stir up trouble on The Hills. Nowadays it's kind of gone to $h!t. |
| Savannah Guthrie Welcomes First Child: See the Photo! - The <b>...</b> Posted: 14 Aug 2014 04:52 AM PDT Savannah Guthrie has very important news to report: She's a first-time mother! The Today co-anchor gave birth to a baby named Vale on Wednesday, sharing the first precious photo with Twitter followers this morning of her and the child, who weighed in at a hefty 8.5 pounds.  Named Vale Guthrie Feldman, Guthrie's daughter has "blue eyes, a little bit of blondish hair and the chubbiest cheeks you've ever seen," Guthrie says. "Mike and I are so overcome with happiness, gratitude and joy." The journalist will be calling in to Today tomorrow to discuss the big news in more detail. Guthrie started her leave from the show Monday, where she was sent off in style with presents from her colleagues. "I'm 42 years old, and I honestly didn't know if I'd ever get this chance," Guthrie wrote on her Today baby blog earlier this year. "I've never been more thankful, or felt more blessed from above. I know how lucky I am." On March 14, Guthrie married Michael Feldman in her hometown of Tucson, Arizona. Accustomed to getting up long before the sun, Guthrie joked as a caption to the above picture: "My 3am wake up call sounds a lot different now. Sweeter.." | Kendall Jenner Threatens Lawsuit Against Waitress: I Did Not Dine <b>...</b> Posted: 14 Aug 2014 06:11 AM PDT Kendall Jenner has taken a break from posing topless to threaten a lawsuit against Blaine Morris. Morris is the waitress who created a stir last week when she Tweeted that she served Jenner and Hailey Baldwin at a New York restaurant... only for the young stars to bail on the bill. "That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face," Morris wrote (and later deleted) on August 5.  Kendall Jenner Denies Dine and Dash Report Both Baldwin and Jenner have denied this allegation, saying they simply forgot to pay their tab and politely handed the money owed (plus tip) over when confronted about it. "These rumors r absolutely ridiculous!" Jenner wrote in response. "I would never throw money in anyone's face or act that disrespectfully. I was raised better than that." But this denial isn't enough for Kendall, whose lawyer has fired off a cease-and-desist letter to Morris, threatening to sue the waitress (and former Skins star) for defamation. In the document, Martin Singer writes that Morris is the source of "false and fabricated Statements" and that there's "absolutely no truth" to the charge that money was "thrown… in your face." He then gets personal. "Although you are working as a waitress...I understand that you are also a struggling actress whose credits include a handful of television appearances," Singer added. "You no doubt concocted a fictionalized account of your encounter with my client in order to create publicity for yourself and raise your own public profile." Burn, yo! Morris has had small parts on Fox's The Following and NBC's Deception. We actually believe Kendall in this case and admire her for taking a stand. | Rush Limbaugh Blasts “Despicable” - The <b>Hollywood Gossip</b> Posted: 13 Aug 2014 05:15 PM PDT You won't believe this, but Rush Limbaugh is very unhappy with the liberal media. On Tuesday, in response to Robin Williams' suicide, Limbaugh focused on the actor's political affiliation and seemed to imply that Williams killed himself largely because he was a Democrat. "What is the left's worldview in general?" the radio host asked. "If you had to attach not a philosophy but an attitude to a leftist worldview, it's one of pessimism and darkness, sadness. "They're never happy, are they? They're always angry about something. No matter what they get, they're always angry."  Rush Limbaugh Responds to Robin Williams Suicide Limbaugh then pointed to three actor friends of Williams' who had died young and said that the Oscar winner could never get over "the guilt that they died and he didn't." The radio personality came under fire for these comments, but Limbaugh didn't back down today on his program. Instead, he blame the media for twisting his words all around. Said Limbaugh: "All of these low-rent, despicable, irresponsible, pathetic, so-called media watchdogs on the left are trying to make it sound like I said that Robin Williams gave up because he was a liberal and is hopelessly doomed to misery and despair because that's what liberals are devoted to." But Limbaugh insists his original remarks were focused on the way Williams' death was being covered, as opposed to the death itself. "What I did yesterday was express some real concern over the fact that they're glorifying this," Limbaugh said of the media. "I was worried about the coverage of all this leading to copycats." | Zelda Williams, Robin Williams' Daughter, Quits Social Media After <b>...</b> Posted: 13 Aug 2014 06:58 AM PDT Robin Williams, who passed away earlier this week, touched millions of people in a legendary career that often reminded us how wonderful a person can be. Now, in a reminder of how terrible people can be, his grieving daughter Zelda Williams says she's quitting social media after being besieged by Internet trolls. While countless fans have taken to the Internet to express their love and respect for Williams, many others sent horrific comments and pictures to Zelda.  The second-oldest of Robin Williams' children, Zelda initially took the fight to the trolls, asking supporters to report them to social media administrators. Soon enough, realizing how fruitless this is, she decided it was better for her to delete her accounts, after posting a farewell apology and message: "I'm sorry. I should've risen above," Williams Tweeted. "Deleting this from my devices for a good long time, maybe forever. Time will tell. Goodbye." The mourning 25-year-old also suspended her Instagram, writing: "I will be leaving this account for a bit while I heal and decide if I'll be deleting it or not. In this difficult time, please try to be respectful of the accounts of myself, my family and my friends." Zelda defended herself for not sharing more photos of her dad - a ridiculous thing people harassed her about - as well as their relationship in general: "Mining our accounts for photos of dad, or judging me on the number of them is cruel and unnecessary," she added, in response to online criticism. "There are a couple throughout, but the real private moments I shared with him were precious, quiet, and believe it or not, not full of photos or 'selfies.'" "I shared him with a world where everyone was taking their photo with him, but I was lucky enough to spend time with him without cameras too." "That was more than enough, and I'm grateful for what little time I had. My favorite family photos are framed in my house, not posted on social media." "They'll remain there. They would've wound up on the news or blogs then, and certainly would now. That's not what I want for our memories together." "Thank you for your respect and understanding in this difficult time.
